Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Find Alternatives for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Available plans include Basic Listing, Featured Listing, Premium Listing, and Enterprise Listing, each with varying levels of visibility and features as described on our Pricing page.

3.2 Pricing and Payment:

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are one-time payments unless otherwise stated
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our third-party payment processor
• By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service and privacy policy
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, changes will not affect orders already completed

3.3 Listing Activation:

• After successful payment, our team will contact you within 2 business days to set up your listing
• Listing activation requires you to provide accurate business information, a logo, and a website URL
• We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that violates our content guidelines, contains misleading information, or promotes illegal activities

3.4 Listing Duration:

• Basic Listing: visible for 6 months from activation
• Featured Listing: visible for 12 months from activation
• Premium Listing: visible for 12 months from activation
• Enterprise Listing: lifetime listing (subject to compliance with our terms)

3.5 No Guarantee of Results: Purchasing a listing does not guarantee any specific amount of traffic, leads, clicks, or business outcomes. Visibility depends on user behavior, search patterns, and our editorial discretion.

Please refer to our dedicated Refund Policy page for complete details on refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks. Key points include:

• Before Listing Activation: Full refund available if requested within 7 days of payment and before your listing has been activated
• After Listing Activation: No refunds are available once your listing has been set up and published on the platform
• Service Issues: If we are unable to fulfill your listing plan due to reasons on our end, you will receive a full refund

The materials on Find Alternatives are provided on an 'as is' basis. Find Alternatives makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation:

• Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the materials
• Non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights
• That paid listings will generate specific business outcomes or results

Further, Find Alternatives does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website.

Find Alternatives provides comparison guides, reviews, and information about products, software, and service providers. While we strive to keep information accurate and up-to-date:

• Prices, features, and availability may change without notice
• Ratings and reviews represent our editorial opinion and user feedback
• We recommend verifying information directly with vendors before making decisions
• We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or outdated information
• Paid listings are clearly identified and do not influence our editorial content or rankings

When you submit products, software, or service providers for review on our platform (whether free or paid):

• You represent that you have the right to provide such information
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the submitted content
• We reserve the right to review, edit, or reject submissions at our discretion
• Submissions do not guarantee inclusion in our directory or reviews
• Paid listings are subject to the same content standards as free submissions
• You agree not to submit false, misleading, or spam content

Payments for listing plans are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment processor. By making a payment:

• You agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• You authorize the charge to your selected payment method
• You confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and complete
• Find Alternatives is not responsible for any issues arising from Razorpay's services, including but not limited to payment failures, processing delays, or unauthorized transactions

Currency: All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees for non-USD transactions.

The content on Find Alternatives, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Find Alternatives or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

Product names, logos, and brands mentioned on this site are property of their respective owners. Paid listings do not transfer any intellectual property rights.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Systematically retrieving data to create a collection or database
• Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the site
• Circumventing security features of the website
• Uploading viruses or malicious code
• Interfering with the proper working of the website
• Harassing, abusing, or harming another person
• Impersonating another user or person
• Using the site for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse listing offers or pricing

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services, including paid listings, immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Providing false or misleading information in your listing
• Engaging in fraudulent payment activities
• Violating our content guidelines

In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be issued for any remaining listing period.
